•My  ultimate goal is to grant you a one-on-one consultation to help you choose your personal merchandise. ALL VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS ARE 20 TO 30 MINS ONLY!!! 
•If you have already purchased items and they have not been shipped, you can not exchange items. Here’s why….once you have purchased and closed out your order, I can not edit the order, plus this causes MAJOR confusion on the back end and it convolutes the process.  

 

SETTING YOUR APPOINTMENT

•At the time of setting your appointment you will be charged a $50 appt fee that will be credited to your final bill and you will have the opportunity to choose one of our glam squad representative and there will be a $15 non - refundable processing fee to process your order. That means that at the end of your call we will process your payment while you are on the phone so be prepared to process your payment at the end of your video chat.
